What’s a long-term parking ticket?
In certain parking areas, you can start a long-term parking ticket. Unlike standard sessions, once purchased, long-term tickets provide a fixed period of parking that remains active. This allows payment for extended durations, such as:
Full-day parking
Monthly parking
If long-term parking is available, you’ll see the option after selecting the parking area in the app. Long-term parking cannot be terminated earlier and it's stated before purchasing it.
How can I purchase a long-term parking ticket?
Long-term parking tickets are started manually in the app. The parking must be registered in the app before you leave your car to avoid a parking fine.
How does a long-term parking session work?
Once you have purchased a period ticket, you may leave and park later within that period. There is no need to stay parked for the whole duration of the period ticket.
Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming the duration (e.g., full-day vs. hourly) before completing the transaction.
Can I buy Multiple tickets?
You can purchase multiple long-term parking tickets in the app. If multiple tickets are bought, they are queued and activate automatically after the preceding ticket expires.
Is a long-term parking the same as a monthly EasyPark subscription?
No, a long-term parking ticket is a session with a fixed time period, and is not the same as a EasyPark monthly subscription such as EasyPark Go.
Do I Need a Special Permit to Park Long-Term?
Sometimes, yes. Some locations require a separate permit in addition to your EasyPark payment. Always check the parking signs at your location to see if a permit is necessary.
The permit is issued by the parking operator who manages the area. If you have questions regarding permits, you have to contatc the operator directly.
